Thermo-structural Composites

APL is committed to provide quality products and services to meet the requirements for high temperature in presence of aggressive environments. An integrated solution is provided for thermo-structural composites considering the functional requirements. Preforming technologies are implemented to provide shape and properties of the component. Ingenious manufacturing methods are adopted for faster realisation of parts and provide the customised behaviour. The technical team have build the expertise to realise a spectrum of high temperature composites to meet a variety of applications. Design including configuration of joints are proposed to meet the customer requirements. The young team at APL stands out with the customer in characterisation of material and functional qualification of the final products. Spectrum of matrices are employed to realise products for high temperature and ultra-high temperature (above 2000ºC) applications.
